Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Pentony Property Maintenance ("the Company"). By accepting a quotation or instructing us to commence work, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to revise the quotation if additional, unforeseen work is required once the project commences.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due strictly within 14 days of invoice date unless an alternative agreement has been made in writing. The Company retains title to all materials supplied until paid for in full.

4. Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This guarantee does not cover materials (which are covered by the manufacturer's warranty) or damage caused by misuse or subsequent structural issues.

5. Liability

The Company is fully insured for public and employer's liability. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues relating to the property's original construction.
